Job summary

West Chester Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, a 180-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility, is seeking CNAs to provide compassionate, hands-on care under licensed staff.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts (7a-3p & 3p-11p) with Daily Pay, tuition reimbursement, benefits, and shift differentials to support a positive, resident-centered workplace.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Hiring from the surrounding areas as well: Upper Darby, Darby, Milbourne, West Phila, Delaware (state), Exton, Downingtown, Kenneth Square, Malvern & Phoenixville.

Free Van Service: (To & from facility, each shift. Pick up & drop off location: Tower Theatre on 69th St. in Upper Darby)

$19/hr-$25.50/hr (all inclusive)

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
