Yardley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide hands-on, compassionate care to residents at our 170-bed Sub‑Acute and Long‑Term Care facility in Bucks County. Earn $19–$24 per hour with daily pay options and work under the guidance of licensed nursing staff to support daily living activities and safety.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and linens.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well‑being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered care.
