Job summary

Yardley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Bucks County, PA is hiring CNAs for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions. Offers daily pay and an all-inclusive hourly rate of $19-$24.

CNA license in state required; BLS/CPR certification required; strong communication and teamwork are essential. You will provide basic resident care, assist with ADLs, observe changes, maintain a safe environment, and support the care team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision.

• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well‑being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered care.

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high‑quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
