The Marquardt, an Illuminus Community, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in our Skilled Nursing Facility in Watertown, Wisconsin. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options are available with 8-hour shifts and weekend rotation as needed.

Pay ranges from $19.16 to $21.29 per hour depending on experience, with benefits including health plan options, DPC, shift differentials, and a 401(k) match. Illuminus is a faith-based, not-for-profit provider serving older adults across the Midwest.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Be current on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
• Applicants must be located within approximately 30 minutes of Watertown, WI.

Responsibilities

• Provides person-centered assistance with ADLs, including bathing, hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility, meals, and room preparation, per the care plan.
• Monitors residents’ condition responds to needs promptly, reports changes or incidents to the licensed nurse, and accurately documents care each shift.
• Promotes dignity, respect, resident rights, and effective communication while following safety, infection prevention, universal precautions, body mechanics, and equipment-use standards.
• Participates in meetings, training, continuing education, on-call duties, and other assigned responsibilities.

Set on a 52-acre campus with rolling green lawns, gorgeous trees and flowers and paved walkways, The Marquardt offers assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care as well as independent living options for older adults in Garden Homes and apartments.

Position Details

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a variety of scheduling options. Shift availability may vary based on the needs of the community.

This position may include 8-hour shifts, including weekend rotation as scheduled.
