Job summary

The Marquardt, an Illuminus Community, in Watertown, WI is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for our Skilled Nursing Facility. The role includes assessments, medication administration, and ensuring person-centered care for residents on a 0.3 NOC shift.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Wisconsin or actively pursuing RN degree.
• Active CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for residents' total nursing needs, including assessments, medication administration and monitoring.
• Documentation and ensuring provision of person-centered care.
• Collaborate with the care team to support aging adults in a skilled nursing setting.

The Marquardt , an Illuminus Community, is hiring for aRegistered Nurse(RN) in our Skilled Nursing Facility.

Set on a 52-acre campus with rolling green lawns, gorgeous trees and flowers and paved walkways, The Marquardt offers assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care as well as independent living options for older adults in Garden Homes and apartments.

• $35.50-$45.00 per hour, based on experience

The Registered Nurse works in our skilled nursing home and is responsible for identifying, providing for, and accepting responsibility for the fulfillment of resident’s total nursing needs. This includes all nurse practice activities up to and including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, documentation, all while ensuring the provision of person centered care.

Requirements
