Job summary

LindenGrove Mukwonago, an Illuminus Community, seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents across ADLs and daily living activities. You will work with a skilled team to monitor changes, document care, and support dignity and rights within a safe environment.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with flexible scheduling, including weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be current on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
• Good communication and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provides person-centered assistance with ADLs (bathing, hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility, meals, room preparation) per care plan.
• Monitors residents’ condition, responds to needs, reports changes to licensed nurse, and documents care each shift.
• Promotes dignity, respect, resident rights and effective communication while following safety and infection control standards.
• Participates in meetings, training, on-call duties, and other responsibilities.

Position Details

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a variety of scheduling options. Shift availability may vary based on the needs of the community.

This position may include 8-hour shift times, including a weekend rotation.

Pay

$20-22.25 per hour, dependent upon experience

Essential Job Functions

• Provides person-centered assistance with ADLs, including bathing, hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility, meals, and room preparation, per the care plan.
• Monitors residents’ condition responds to needs promptly, reports changes or incidents to the licensed nurse, and accurately documents care each shift.
• Promotes dignity, respect, resident rights, and effective communication while following safety, infection prevention, universal precautions, body mechanics, and equipment-use standards.
• Participates in meetings, training, continuing education, on-call duties, and other assigned responsibilities.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Be current on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
