Complete Care at Mercerville is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on care that enhances residents’ well-being. You will join a warm, family-like environment that values respect and support for caregivers.

Roles include assisting with activities of daily living, maintaining safe spaces, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care across shifts.

Qualifications

• CNA certification and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Ensure residents’ living spaces remain clean, safe, and comfortable.
• Set up resident rooms with blankets, toiletries, and medical equipment as needed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes to the nursing team, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Encourage social interaction and emotional well-being among residents.
• Work in accordance with state, local, and federal healthcare regulations and collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care.
