Certified Nursing Assistant

Steuben Center is actively seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to work at our skilled nursing facility in Bath, NY. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant demeanor and strong communication skills.

Base rate is $18.00 - $18.50

Shift differential: $0.40 for evenings and nights

$1.00 No Frills add-on!

Duties:

• Observing Residents
• Reporting health issues to the supervising nurse
• Providing personal hygiene care (bed bath, shaving, etc.)
• Setting up meal trays and documenting food/fluid intake
• Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements
• Making beds & maintaining Resident spaces
• Transporting Residents within the Facility
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining confidentiality of Resident & Facility data

Requirements:

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Completion of a CNA program
• Current New York State Certification
• Good standing with State Registry
