Job summary

The Wyndmoor Group is seeking a compassionate CNA/HHA to support seniors in daily living within our Indiana facility. You will observe, report changes, and assist with activities of daily living while building trust with residents.

Ideal candidates hold Indiana CNA/HHA certification, can work independently, communicate clearly, and enjoy teamwork in a long-term or assisted living environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required in Indiana.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand English.
• Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
• Can foster good resident and family relationships.
• Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
• A passion for working with elderly residents.
• Experience in a long-term or assisted living facility a plus, but not required.
