Job summary

Stone Rehab and Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for day shifts. This full-time role offers $21.00 - $25.00/hour, depending on experience, with a $3,000 referral bonus upon a friend’s hire.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, monitoring vital signs, and supporting mobility to prevent falls. Qualifications include an in-state CNA certification in good standing and fluent English communication.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing with the MA state registry.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English - both verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding, while promoting dignity and independence.
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and observe and report changes in residents' physical or mental condition to the nursing staff promptly.
• Provide basic patient care under the direction of licensed nurses, including repositioning, transferring, and assisting with mobility to prevent falls and pressure injuries.
• Support residents' quality of life by fostering a positive, respectful environment and encouraging engagement in meaningful daily activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment by following infection control protocols, responding to call lights, and ensuring residents' comfort and safety throughout the shift.
