Summary

Provides patient care support including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination, and safety as directed by Charge Nurse. Documents appropriately and follows standards. Completes admission procedures, responds promptly to resident needs, performs rounds, turns and repositions residents, takes vital signs, and ensures proper application of care items. Maintains supplies, completes procedures, attends continuing education, and collaborates effectively with team members. Maintains confidentiality and reports at shift change. May be assigned additional duties.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, not required
• Active CNA certification in the state of employment
• CPR certification required or willing to obtain within six months
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage time, stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks as required
• Manual dexterity and visual acuity

Pay range: $16.08 - $25.24 per hour
