Job summary

Greens at Hendersonville is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team. We offer both full-time and part-time positions across all shifts with the added benefit of a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time CNAs.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitoring vital signs and documenting resident information.
• Supporting residents during meals.
• Observing and reporting changes in resident condition.
• Providing compassionate emotional support.
• Collaborating with nursing team.
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care

• Monitoring vital signs and accurately documenting resident information

• Supporting residents during meals while encouraging independence and dignity

• Observing and reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing team

• Providing compassionate emotional support and companionship

• Collaborating with nurses and the interdisciplinary healthcare team

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for every resident

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• Current North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience is a plus, but not required
