The Greens at Spruce Pine is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our skilled nursing team in Spruce Pine, NC. We offer day, evening and night shifts, full-time and part-time positions, 8-hour shifts, and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

Qualifications
- Active North Carolina CNA Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Monitoring vital signs and accurately documenting resident information
- Supporting residents during meals while encouraging independence and dignity
- Observing and reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing team
- Providing compassionate emotional support and companionship
- Working collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for every resident
