Job summary

The Greens at Spruce Pine in Spruce Pine, NC is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available with Day, Evening and Night shifts, 8-hour shifts, and flexible scheduling to fit your life.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time CNAs, competitive pay, same-day pay, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, paid training and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Monitoring vital signs and accurately documenting resident information.
• Supporting residents during meals while encouraging independence and dignity.
• Observing and reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Providing compassionate emotional support and companionship.
• Working collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for every resident.
