Shelton Health and Rehabilitation Center, part of Evergreen Healthcare Group, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to care for residents in the center, following the plan of care and established long-term care standards. Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights.
• Provides assistance with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Serves and collects food trays and feeds residents requiring help.
• Transports residents, using wheelchair or wheeled cart, or assists residents to walk.
• Turns and re-positions residents, alone or with assistance.
• Takes and records vital signs, food and fluid intake and output, and weight, as directed.
• Completes documentation.

Shelton Health and Rehabilitation Center (SHRC) is under new management. Our Skilled Nursing Facility has a full staff of dedicated leaders under new Administration and New Operations Management. SHRC is currently looking for qualified CNAs to join our Nursing Program.
