Job summary

Fir Lane Care in Shelton, WA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team. The role focuses on daily living assistance, observation, documentation, and collaboration with nurses to ensure residents receive safe, dignified care.

Candidates must hold a valid CNA certification and OBRA registry, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and maintain physical stamina; CPR and first aid certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, help residents with personal hygiene, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift
• Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Document resident food and fluid intake
• Make resident's bed and keep their living areas clean and tidy
• Transport residents within the facility
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed
