Job summary

Canyon Springs Post-Acute in San Jose, CA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time work on a consistent 4/2 rotation, with PM and NOC shifts available. Starting pay ranges from $22.00 to $23.16 per hour and reflects experience.

We train fresh graduates and provide mentorship, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision, a 401(k) plan, PTO, and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Current, active California CNA certification.
• Ability to work full-time 4/2 rotation schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care promoting resident comfort and independence.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals.
• Follow care plans and perform nursing tasks under licensed staff.
• Observe for changes and communicate concerns promptly.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality daily care while promoting each resident's comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meal assistance.
• Follow individualized care plans and perform assigned nursing procedures under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
• Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members through respectful and compassionate care.

Qualifications
