Job summary

Victorian Post Acute in San Francisco is seeking compassionate CNAs for full-time and part-time positions dedicated to high-quality resident care.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor resident well-being, and support a supportive, team-oriented environment within a modern, well-maintained facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and toileting.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Respond quickly and courteously to resident call lights and requests.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Support meal service and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all facility policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide outstanding resident care.

We are committed to providing exceptional short-term rehabilitation and long-term care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $22.66-$25.00 per hour

Available Shifts:

• AM / PM: Full-Time
• AM / PM / NOC: Part-Time (Weekend availability required)
