Job summary

Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the NOC shift in Sunnyvale, CA. You will assist residents with daily living activities, promote comfort and safety, and collaborate with our nursing team to ensure exceptional care. Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification.
• Current CPR certification (preferred).
• Ability to work cooperatively with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Provide mobility assistance and help residents transfer safely.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
• Support residents with dignity, respect, and compassion.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and care standards.

Compensation: Starting $23-26 per hour
