Windemere-At-Westover-Hills in San Antonio, TX is actively hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our patient-centered nursing team. You will provide direct care, support ADLs, and help maintain a safe, dignified environment for residents in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using safe lifting techniques.
• Monitor, observe, and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Document patient care and daily activities in accordance with regulations.
• Support and follow individualized care plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment.
• Ensure medical equipment and devices are clean, charged, and functioning properly.
• Participate in shift handoffs and team communication.
