Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Round Rock, TX is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the Bel Air at Teravista team. You will provide hands-on patient care, assist with ADLs, and help maintain safety and comfort in a skilled nursing setting.

We offer flexible scheduling with shifts 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, competitive wages, benefits including 401k with match, medical/dental/vision, paid holidays and CEU tuition reimbursement, plus PayActiv and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients safely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using safe lifting techniques.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to Charge Nurse.
• Document patient care and activities in accordance with regulations.
• Support and follow individualized care plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment.
• Ensure medical equipment is clean, charged, and functioning properly.
• Participate in shift handoffs and team communication.
