Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) plan.

Brookdale supports associates in their journey to U.S. citizenship by offering to advance fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, for qualified associates with at least one year of service.

• Our CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant - STNA in Ohio) works with community management to provide personalized care, including resident updates at the start and end of shifts.
• Assist residents with dining, personal care, vital signs, and clinical procedures per community policy.
• Support activities of daily living such as showers, bathroom assistance, dressing, and grooming.
• Completion of a State CNA/STNA course is required; certification must be maintained.
