Job summary

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our private duty health care team in Illinois. You will care for one patient per shift, assisting with daily living activities and monitoring well-being to improve quality of life.

Responsibilities include recording patient care, assisting with mobility and ADLs, light housekeeping, and building rapport with patients and families. A valid CNA certification and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required (state).
• CPR certification required.
• Driver's license required.
• Ability to monitor and report patient status.

Responsibilities

Pay Range:

• $20 - $22 / hour

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled nurse, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager.
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert.
• Monitor patients’ pulse, temperature, and respiration.
