Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team in Hillside, IL.

You will work with one patient per shift, providing daily living assistance and ensuring comfort and wellbeing for improved quality of life. Responsibilities include recording patient progress, aiding mobility, assisting with ADLs, light housekeeping, and engaging patients to maintain mental alertness.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• TB test or chest x-ray within 12 months OR QuantiFERON gold within 5 years.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support patient mobility through lifting and transfers as needed.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation.

Shifts:

• 6am - 2pm - Monday / Tuesday / Thursday / Friday

Pay Range:

• $20 - $22 / hour

You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled nurse, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager


• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed


• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating


• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals


• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert


• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration
