Job summary

Red Bank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist residents with daily activities, meals, and care plans. You will follow infection control policies and work with the team to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualified candidates hold a CNA certification, with a high school diploma preferred. Experience is welcome but not required. The role supports a friendly workplace culture with competitive pay and benefits in Red Bank, NJ.

Qualifications

• CNA Certification by the State required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with ADLs and helping the team provide proper resident care.
• Assisting at meals.
• Following infection control and center policies.
• Measuring and recording heights, weights, temperatures, pulses, respirations, and blood pressures as instructed.
• Reporting all changes in residents’ condition to supervisor promptly.

Some of your Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with ADLs, and work with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided

• Assisting at meals

• Following infection control and center policies

• Measuring and recording heights and weights temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures (TPRs and B/P) as instructed

• Reports all changes in residents’ condition to supervisor as soon as practical

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications:

• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Certification by the State Required

• High School Diploma or GED Preferred
