Job summary

Riverfront Rehab is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care to residents in a supportive team setting. The role includes bathing, grooming, feeding assistance, and mobility support, with a focus on safety and dignity.

Competitive pay range $18–$24 per hour, full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules across day and night shifts, plus benefits and bonuses. NJ CNA certification and English communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Current NJ CNA certification is required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong compassion, patience, and reliability for resident-centered care.
• Ability to follow care plans and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and assistance to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Monitor resident health and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Assist with transporting residents to activities or appointments.
• Document care provided in accordance with facility protocols.
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver resident-centered care.
