Job summary

The Atrium at Navesink Harbor, part of Springpoint Senior Living Community, in Red Bank, NJ, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team. We offer FT, PT and PD CNAs with a sign-on bonus and pay of $21–$25 per hour.

CNAs provide routine daily care under licensed supervision, report health changes, and monitor safety. Benefits include PTO, 401(k) with company match, life & disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess a valid NJ CNA Certificate.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check each resident to ensure needs are met.

The Atrium at Navesink Harbor is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Red Bank, NJ. We are looking for FT, PT and PD CNAs to join our team. At Springpoint, our CNAs are responsible for providing residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their individualized plan and established nursing standards of practice under the direction of licensed professional staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents as assigned.
• Report changes in resident’s behavior, health and any other problems related to resident’s daily care and safety.
• Report all observed accidents and incidents.
• Check each resident routinely to ensure that the resident’s needs are being met.

Education and Experience:

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Must possess a valid NJ CNA Certificate
• CPR Certified preferred
