Job summary

Red Bank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide attentive resident care at 100 Chapin Ave, Red Bank, NJ. The role includes assisting with ADLs, meals, infection control, and monitoring vitals, reporting changes to supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with ADLs and working with the team to ensure appropriate resident care.
• Assisting at meals.
• Following infection control and center policies.
• Measuring and recording heights, weights, temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures (TPRs and B/P).
• Reporting all changes in residents’ condition to supervisor as soon as practical.
