Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care under supervision in a psych hospital setting in Pueblo, CO. The position is a travel assignment with rotating 12s and a 24-week contract.

The CNA must have CNA certification, current CPR if applicable, knowledge of medical terminology, and clerical skills; one year of nursing assistant experience is preferred. Amergis offers Health, dental, vision and life insurance, plus a 401(k) savings plan and recognition

Job description

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs direct patient care under the direct supervision of a RN or LPN/LVN or other licensed medical professional.

The CNA/NA performs a variety of individualized patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comforts of patients.

Local Pay: $30/hr

Travel Pay: $1,660 gross weekly for 48 hours, $1,276 gross weekly for 36 hours

Setting: Psych Hospital

Location: Pueblo, CO

Hours: rotating 36/48 schedule (12s)

Notes: must have 2 years of psych, corrections or behavioral health experience

Start: 1st and 3rd week of every month

Contract Length: 24 weeks

Minimum Requirements:
