Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for travel assignments in healthcare facilities. You will provide direct patient care under supervision and support personal needs and comfort of patients.

Minimum Requirements:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs direct patient care under the direct supervision of a RN or LPN/LVN or other licensed medical professional.

The CNA/NA performs a variety of individualized patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comforts of patients.

• One year experience as a nursing assistant preferred

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant per client/state requirements

• Knowledge of medical terminology and knowledge of clerical functions

• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

• Current CPR if applicable
