Job summary

Valeo Home Health is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support patients in their homes across Utah counties. You will assist with daily living activities, ensure safety and comfort, and collaborate with clinicians to deliver high-quality care.

Applicants should hold a CNA or HHA certification and have a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for travel to multiple patient homes.

• Ability to read, write, and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Follow the instructions of the professional nurse/therapist in providing care.
• Provide assistance with personal care (bathing, oral care, dressing).
• Ambulation, positioning, and turning.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Willingness to travel between patient homes, visiting 6–8 clients per day.
