Job summary

Valeo Home Health is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support patients in their homes throughout Utah. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility while following the directions of a supervising nurse or therapist.

A valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation are required, with duties involving travel to multiple patient homes daily. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of direct patient experience, be listed on the nurse

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation required.
• Be certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance in the home, supporting patients’ daily living activities.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, oral care, dressing) and mobility.
• Follow instructions of the nurse/therapist; ensure patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Travel between patient homes, typically 6–8 visits per day, with visits lasting up to 1 hour each.
