Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant/Hospice Aide to provide personal healthcare in patients' homes. Under the supervision of a registered nurse, you will help with daily living activities, monitor comfort, and maintain a clean, safe home environment.

The role requires state-approved nurse aide training, CNA license, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and at least one year of hospice or long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Must have CNA license.
• Nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state.
• Current driver’s license is required.
• At least one year experience as Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Reliable transportation and auto liability insurance.

Position Summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Preferred
• Has successfully completed Nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry; or State Licensure program that meets requirements
• Must have CNA license
• Must have current driver's
• At least one year experience, preferred, as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility.
• Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.
