Job summary

Pratt Health and Rehab in Pratt, KS is seeking certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) for immediate openings in our 45-bed long-term care and skilled nursing community. The role includes compassionate care for residents, 12-hour rotations with weekends, and opportunities for advancement through internal education teams.

Qualified applicants will hold a Kansas CNA certificate, CPR certification, and a commitment to HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

• Current Kansas CNA certification or registration
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly, experience in long-term care preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance to residents
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility
• Document care provided and communicate with nursing staff
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards as required by HIPAA
