Pratt Health and Rehab in Pratt, KS, is seeking compassionate Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to join our 45-bed long-term care and skilled nursing team. This full‑time opportunity offers a competitive hourly wage and advancing education options managed by an internal education team.

We provide flexible scheduling with 12-hour weekend rotations or part-time evening shifts, comprehensive benefits and daily pay options to support our staff and residents alike.

Qualifications

• Current Kansas CNA certification or registration to practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
