Job summary

Evergreen Healthcare Group's Portland Health and Rehabilitation Center in Portland, OR, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time dayshift role (6:00am–2:00pm), four days per week with one weekend day, with a competitive up-to-$28/hour pay.

You will perform ADL support, vital signs, and resident care per care plans, with focus on safety and teamwork. We offer Private Health Care Plan, DailyPay, Life Insurance, EAP, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA certification in Oregon.
• High school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights.
• Assists with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene (ADLs).

• Transports residents using wheelchair or helps them walk.
• Turns and re-positions residents.
• Takes and records vital signs, intake/output, and weight as directed.
• Completes documentation.

Job Summary

Portland Health and Rehabilitation Centeris looking forCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA)to perform a combination of duties in caring for residents in the center, consistent with the plan of care and established long-term care standards.

Essential Functions:

• Answers signal lights
• Provides assistance with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Serves and collects food trays and feeds residents requiring help.
• Transports residents, using wheelchair or wheeled cart, or assists residents to walk.
• Turns and re-positions residents, alone or with assistance
• Takes and records vital signs, food and fluid intake and output, and weight, as directed.
• Completes documentation

Qualifications:

• Required:Current certification as a nursing assistant in the state of Employment
• Required:High school graduate or equivalent
• Ability to work well in a team setting
