Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Port Orchard, WA for a full-time shift rotation. Responsibilities include direct patient care, bathing, feeding, grooming, and assisting in daily living activities.

You will work within an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a state-approved CNA program, an active license, CPR certification, and a preference for 1 year of skilled

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State; active license required.
• CPR certification at hire or during orientation; must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Assist with bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting and related tasks as directed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain professional relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

Wage Range: $22-27.53 DOE

Schedules Available: 8hr Rotation Day, Evening or Night

Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
