Job summary

Plymouth Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Plymouth, MA is seeking full‑time and part‑time Certified Nursing Assistants to join our care team. CNAs deliver high‑quality patient care, assist with daily living activities, and support residents and their families with compassion.

Openings are on all shifts with every‑other weekend rotation; pay ranges from $23 to $31 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts, be in the process of obtaining one, or have recently graduated from a CNA course.
• High school diploma or its equivalent preferred.
• New graduates welcome!

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned residents.
• Participate in planning and following current resident care plans.
• Complete resident assignments promptly and accurately.
• Document accurately and completely.
• Meet personal grooming needs for each resident.
• Observe changes in resident conditions and report them promptly.
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment.
