Job summary

Northwood Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Lowell is seeking full-time and part-time CNAs to join our care team. Openings on all shifts with hourly pay ranging from $21 to $26, plus shift differentials for evenings, overnights, and weekends.

You will provide routine daily nursing care under licensed staff, document care, and assist residents with grooming and daily activities. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts.
• New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Meet nursing and rehabilitation needs of residents.
• Follow current resident care plans for all residents under care.
• Complete resident assignments promptly and accurately.
• Observe changes in resident conditions and report them promptly.
• Document care accurately and completely.
• Meet personal grooming needs for residents.
• Answer call lights promptly and keep them within resident reach.
• Maintain clean and orderly care areas.
• Ensure residents are appropriately identified (I.D. bracelets, etc.).

Northwood Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Lowell is hiring full-time and part-time CNAs!

Openings on all shifts. $21 and $26 an hour, depending on the shift. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials. Weekly pay.

You provide your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with our established nursing care procedures, and as may be directed by the licensed staff nurse.

Experience & Education:

• Must possess an active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts, or be eligible to obtain one.
• New graduates welcome!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident.
• Participate in planning and following current resident care plan on all residents under his/her care.
• Complete resident assignments effectively and promptly.
• Observe changes in resident conditions and promptly report them.
• Document accurately and completely.
• Meet personal grooming needs for each resident.
• Promptly answer call lights and assure that all are placed within reach of the resident.
• Assure the resident care areas are left clean and in an orderly manner.
• Methods of identification of residents are maintained. Maintain that all residents are appropriately identified (i.e., I.D. bracelets, etc.).
