Job summary

Atrium Centers Plainwell Pines Nursing & Rehabilitation Community in Plainwell, MI, is seeking a compassionate CNA/STNA to provide hands-on resident care in a small 39-bed setting.

You will follow individualized care plans, assist with daily activities, document vitals, and maintain infection control and safety on every shift.

This role offers stable shifts, 100% employee-owned ESOP, 401(k) match, medical benefits, paid time off, and HERO pay of $3.40/hour to support our dedicated team.

Schedule & Pay Highlights

• Full Time: 1st Shift

• Part Time: 2nd Shift

• Every Other Weekend: 1st Shift

• 8-Hour Shifts (More Predictable Scheduling)

• +$3.40/hour HERO Pay

• 39-Bed Facility (Smaller, Team-Focused Environment)

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on resident care according to individualized care plans

• Assist with daily activities, personal care, mobility, and safety

• Report any concerns or violations of residents’ rights immediately
