Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our 39-bed, overnight-focused team in Muskegon. You will provide resident care per individualized plans, assist with activities of daily living, and uphold infection control standards in a 100% employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Current CNA license in good standing.
• Completion of an approved CNA/STNA training program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset and willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per approved, individualized care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and safety needs.
• Observe and practice infection control procedures.
• Accurately document care provided, including vital signs.
• Immediately report any violations of Residents' Bill of Rights.
• Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect.
