Job summary

Resolve Harmony Center is currently hiring compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Skilled Nursing team. CNAs play a vital role in delivering quality resident care while supporting dignity, comfort, and independence.

We offer day and night shifts, full-time and part-time opportunities, and a supportive leadership team with growth opportunities within the organization. Active CNA certification and fingerprint clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Must have an Active Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care experience preferred (new graduates welcome).
• Reliable, patient focused, and compassionate.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and transfers.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition.
• Support mobility, repositioning, and fall prevention.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate resident care.
• Maintain a clean and safe resident environment.
• Document care accurately per facility guidelines.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.

• 6:30AM - 2:30PM (8hrs)
• 2:30PM - 10:30PM (8hrs)
• Full time or Part Time Available
