Job summary

Gates Health and Rehabilitation Center in Gatesville, NC seeks compassionate CNAs/GNAs to provide hands-on care and daily support to residents, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility assistance.

We offer full-time and part-time roles across all shifts, with new grads welcome. You will work closely with the nursing team to ensure safety, comfort, and quality of life for residents, supported by training and ongoing education.

We are seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs/GNAs to provide hands-on care and daily support to our residents. This role is essential to maintaining dignity, comfort, and quality of life for those we serve.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Take and record vital signs as directed
• Observe residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly
• Support residents emotionally and ensure their comfort and safety
