Harmony Health and Rehab in Fitzgerald, GA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, support meals and mobility, and help maintain comfort, dignity, and quality care throughout shifts.

As part of our dedicated team, you will document observations, report changes to nursing staff, and adhere to care plans.

Qualifications

• Hold an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred, but not required.
• Demonstrate compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide support with meals, hydration, and overall comfort needs.
