Resolve Harmony Center is currently hiring compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Skilled Nursing team. CNAs play a vital role in delivering quality resident care while supporting dignity, comfort, and independence.

We offer day and night shifts, full-time and part-time opportunities, and a supportive leadership team with growth opportunities within the organization. Active CNA certification and fingerprint clearance are required.

Formación

Active CNA certification in the state of employment.
Must have an Active Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care experience preferred (new graduates welcome).
Reliable, patient focused, and compassionate.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and transfers.
Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition.
Support mobility, repositioning, and fall prevention.
Provide emotional support and compassionate resident care.
Maintain a clean and safe resident environment.
Document care accurately per facility guidelines.
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams.
Follow infection control and safety protocols.
