Job summary

Excelcare at Troy Hills is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. You will provide hands-on care, assist with ADLs, and help maintain residents’ comfort, dignity, and safety in a long-term care setting.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including meals, hydration, turning, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide personal hygiene and comfort care.
• Assist residents with feeding and nutritional supplements.
• Monitor residents and report changes or concerns to nursing staff.
• Document food and fluid intake and care provided.
• Help maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living areas.
• Transport residents throughout the facility as needed.
• Support nurses and other care team members with resident needs.
• Follow facility policies, professional standards, and state and federal regulations.
• Protect resident privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
