ExcelCare At the Pines is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. As a CNA, you’ll provide hands-on care and support to residents while helping maintain their comfort, dignity, and safety.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification/license in the state of Delaware.
• Experience in long‑term care, skilled nursing, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to resident care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide safe, respectful, and patient‑centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including meals, hydration, turning, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide personal hygiene and comfort care.
• Assist residents with feeding and nutritional supplements.
• Monitor residents and report changes or concerns to nursing staff.
• Document food and fluid intake and care provided.
• Help maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living areas.
• Transport residents throughout the facility as needed.
• Support nurses and other members of the care team with resident needs.
• Follow facility policies, professional standards, and state and federal regulations.
• Protect resident privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
