Medical Facilities Of America, Inc. is seeking qualified Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. CNAs will provide individualized resident care, assist with activities of daily living, meals, mobility, and monitor health status under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care to residents per plan of care.
• Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Assist with mealtime activities and feeding as needed.

• Monitor residents' health status and vital signs; report changes to the nurse.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities.
• Maintain safe, clean, organized living environment.
• Perform other duties to provide exceptional care.

What you'll do

• Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident’s plan of care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ALDs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.
• Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely.
• Monitor residents’ health status and vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well-being.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.
• Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.
