Responsibilities

• Deliver direct care to residents and patients, including assisting with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility

• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents
• Report changes in residents’ condition and status to licensed nursing staff
• Other duties as assigned
