Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct care to residents following laws, regulations, and life care standards.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and engage residents in conversations.
• Monitor rounds for hazards or incidents and report changes in condition.
• Assist in dining including escorting residents, serving, and cleanup.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct care to residents and patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and life care standards


• Assist residents with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility


• Provide companionship and conversation to residents


• Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents


• Assist in dining, including escorting residents to the dining room, serving, and clean-up


• Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation


• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition and status


• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED


• Florida CNA license


• Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to essential job duties


• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect


• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner


• Caregivers must complete our new hire orientation
